"Are we talking?" Can you believe Sasha asked me that?
OK, I might have given her a funny look when she said that. You know, what was I suppose to do. Bow down and say all was forgiven? Not hardly. I don't work that way.
"What do you want?" I'm kind of bitch. I just don't know how I'm suppose to handle her. I mean, she's been hanging out with you know who for weeks now. Jess.
"Nothing." She's all innocent now. Like you know, something from a Nicolodean show where everyone is nice and good and have a special laugh track for their life.
"What happened?" I gave her a hard look. I guess Jess dumped her. I don't see him anywhere. All she gave me was a heaving sigh while we were in the lunch line. I have to get her some fruit and milk or she would have eaten nothing.
"What do you think?" She turns her head sharply in his direction. Ashley, of course.
"Oh." I have to look. They are so darn amazingly happy. Like Joe and Demi or something. Its sickening to watch. "So what did you think would happen?" I gave her a serious look.
"I don't know. I was just being his friend because you weren't." She gave me a glare then. I look again. So this was would have happen if-if I had made it right with him. I take a bite of my apple, thinking I'm going to choke on it. Finally I swallow.
"Could you do me a favor?" I doubt she's got anyone for Homecoming.
"What?" She didn't look to happy about this.
"Go with Chip to Homecoming. I mean, we'll go together. You, Chip, me and Ren."
"Chip?" She made a face then.
"You have to promise you won't hurt him." This was serious.
"Hurt him?" She winced hard.
"You know, I don't want him losing anything." I frowned.
She rolled her eyes at me. I smiled knowing I'm a head of myself on this. After all, Chip might not go with her.
