I met Jess at a drama workshop at the uni. And well, we were suppose to learn how to be mimes which neither one of us cared for learning that sort of technique. So we talked about our schools and you know, just stuff to make each other smile. No thought provoking stuff. While we were on break, we slipped out and ended up on college drive near the village and looked at old thrift stores. Before I knew it, we were holding hands. OK, we had to cross the street for starters, and it made both of us smile so that we didn't stop. We just kept walking. Finally to the park. We'd gotten burgers and milk shakes and, you know, nothing much, but just hung out.
I really had such a moment with Jess. I dunno why it even happened. Were we just bored.
Next thing I know we are like this.

No, Jess in more like this while I'm more like that. Plus, his Mom got mad when he found out he was seeing someone who would have no idea how to cook traditional foods from where ever he comes from. Actually, I found out later that his brother married some white girl and their daughter was not quite right. Something about a gazillion surgery, and well, she couldn't go through that again if something awful happened like that if we were to ever get married and have kids. As if...
whatever. But it was the best time of never really doing anything with a guy that was totally the best. Well, of course, we kissed. We really kissed. And you know, I don't think anyone can top that. I really don't. Sometimes, I actually hope not.
